About delivery

There are two types of delivery methods: mail service (post mailing) and courier service. It will be automatically selected according to the purchased product. You can check the delivery method of the product you ordered during the order procedure.

[Courier service]

If the purchase product does not fit into the specified size of the mail service, it will be shipped by courier.
COD payment and delivery date and time can be used.
The delivery time can be selected from the following hours.

[Mail service]
It is a delivery service that posts small products to posts. It may take around one week from shipping to delivery.
(Delivered in about 3 days of general mail due to the postal law regulations. If the destination is distant or remote islands, it may take more days.)
If you wish to make a cash on delivery payment, we cannot deliver by mail.
If you specify the COD payment when ordering, we will change it to a courier service.
* In the case of courier service, the delivery fee will be changed.

* The following are all tax -included prices.

If you purchase more than 4,400 yen, it will be basic free shipping. ( * Excluding courier services to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands)
If the total purchase price is less than 4,400 yen, the following shipping fee will be charged according to the delivery method.

* If you purchase a total of 4,400 yen or more for each cart, free shipping or discount shipping will be applied.
* In the case of an order of one goodwill, the mail service will be shipped, but for the manufacturer's direct shipment, the shipping fee will be charged 550 yen including the packing administration fee.

* If you select a COD payment in a product to be shipped, the delivery method will be a courier service, so the shipping fee will be added.

Precautions when using mail service products

★Mail service products may take some time to deliver depending on the delivery area. Please note★

• Mail -service products are in principle post posting, and there is no luggage compensation in any case that can be stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed.
Therefore, please note that it will not respond to replacement or refunds even when lost or damaged.
• Cash on delivery payment is not available.
• If the address is unknown, the name of the building, the room number, the shipping address without the nameplate, the address address and the nameplate are different, may be returned to our shop without being delivered. If it is returned, we will not accept redelivery. Please be careful not to make a mistake in your delivery address when ordering, as the shipping fee and administrative fee will be charged and you will be automatically canceled. If you need to enter the product, please order again.
• Even if it is a product -compatible product, if you purchase more than one, please note that the shipping fee will be changed to the delivery service price and we will ship it by courier service.
• Please note that it may take more than one week from shipment to arrival depending on the area.

The delivery of the product will be in Japan.
If you have an address in Japan, you can ship to the address acquired by the overseas transfer service.
